Who is providing this notice?
This privacy notice is provided by Elevate Financial Resources, LLC. and describes the sharing practices applied to your account with us.
What we do
How does Elevate protect my personal information?
To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include computer safeguards and secured files and buildings.
How does Elevate collect my personal information?
We collect your personal information, for example, when you
  • open an account or seek advice
  • provide account information
  • give us your income or contact information

We also collect your personal information from others, such as credit bureaus, affiliates, or other companies.

Why can’t I limit all sharing?
Federal law gives you the right to limit only
  • sharing for affiliates’ everyday business purposes–information about your creditworthiness
  • affiliates from using your information to market to you
  • sharing for nonaffiliates to market to you

What happens when I limit sharing for an account I hold jointly with someone else?
Your choices will apply to everyone on your account.
Definitions
Affiliates
Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
  • Our affiliates include companies with an Elevate name; financial companies such as Elevate Credit Services, LLC and Elevate Decision Sciences, LLC.
Nonaffiliates
Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
  • Elevate does not share with our nonaffiliates.
Joint Marketing
A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.

  • We may partner with nonaffiliated financial companies to jointly market financial products to you.
Other Important Information
Do Not Call Policy. This notice is the Elevate Do Not Call Policy under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. We do not solicit via telephone numbers listed on the state or federal Do Not Call lists, unless the law allows. Elevate employees receive training on how to document and process telephone marketing choices. Consumers who ask not to receive telephone solicitations from Elevate will be placed on the Elevate Do Not Call list and will not be called in future campaigns, including those of Elevate affiliates.

 

Call Monitoring and Recording. If you communicate with us by telephone, we may monitor or record the call. We may also monitor and record your usage of our website(s), network, and application(s).

 

For California residents only: In accordance with California law, we will not share information we collect about California residents with nonaffiliated third parties except as permitted by law, such as with the consent of the customer, to service the customer's accounts, or to fulfill rewards or benefits. We will also limit the sharing of information about you with our affiliates to extent required by applicable California law. For Vermont Residents only: We will not disclose information about your creditworthiness to our affiliates and will not disclose your personal information, financial information, credit report, or health information to nonaffiliated third parties to market to you, other than as permitted by Vermont law, unless you authorize us to make those disclosures. For Nevada Residents only: You may call us at 877-891-7869 to be placed on our internal “do not call” list for any marketing calls we may make to existing customers.
